WORTHING FC are refocusing after dropping two home points on Saturday to fellow upper-table Staines Town. Assistant manager Danny Bloor outlined: "We have 10 league games left and we are going all out for 30 points, although to reach the play-offs we may not need that many."

Important utility player Mark Knee is nearing fitness after a knee injury. Otherwise boss Alan Pook has a full squad available. Second-choice keeper Will Packham has gone on loan to Fisher Athletic for match practice.

On Tuesday, they will re-attempt their Sussex Senior Cup quarter-final away to Ringmer after rain waterlogged the game off at half-time on Tuesday with Worthing 2-1 up.

Sam Francis and Nko Ekoku netted after a save then a mis-punch by Ringmer keeper Ross Standen. Darren Tidy replied.
