LOCAL GYMNASTS IN NATIONALS
LITTLEHAMPTON Sports Acrobatic Club gymnasts Emily Peach (12) and Gemma Thompson (10) are through to the Women's Pairs competition in the National Finals to be held in Fenton Manor in Stoke on March 22 and 23.
They beat stiff opposition at the Regional Finals at Crawley Leisure Centre last weekend, with gymnasts from Surrey, Sussex and Kent taking part.
Working in pairs and threes, the competitors from Littlehampton won a gold medal in the Women's Pairs and a bronze medal in the Women's Threes with other girls in the top six.
