H&B look to bounce back from defeat
HASTINGS & Bexhill meet Seaford at William Parker on Saturday November 30 looking to bounce back from their 13-7 defeat by Chichester Institute last week.
A penalty try converted by Paul Giradiot was not enough to stop H&B going down to their first defeat in Sussex One this season.
Assistant coach Rob Hamilton said: "It is absolutely vital that we get a result on Saturday because we need to bounce back quickly. It's a must win game and we need to just grind out a win no matter how we do it. Another defeat would be a disaster and would make it very difficult to keep our promotion hopes going. So we have got to win, it's as simple as that"
Neil Redman, Paul Sandeman and Rob Sparks all return, kick-off 2.30pm.
