White expecting tricky cup test
The U’s - who memorably reached the third round proper two seasons ago - will visit Eastbourne United AFC in the preliminary round of the world famous competition tomorrow (Saturday).
United manager White said: “It will be tricky. We’re playing the team top of the league below us, but I don’t think they will be relishing having us coming to town.

United are 17th in Ryman Football League Division One South with seven points from six games, while Eastbourne top Macron Store Sussex County League Division One with 12 points out of 12.
“Any game’s important to me,” continued White. “Obviously it’s very important for the club in terms of the financial aspect and it’s important to us as a club in terms of trying to gain a bit more momentum (after Monday’s win).”
Sam Adams will return after missing the Hythe game due to a wedding, while Bright Temba should also be back. Jason Taylor, who started the season with United, could be playing for the opposition having rejoined Eastbourne.
