After Joseph Benn fired Oak in front just before the break, Scott Dormer drew Midhurst level. With the game looking destined to be a draw, Enzo Benn had other ideas as he struck to ensure Ben Shoulders’ side took all three points.

Following an even opening 45 minutes, Joseph Benn struck a minute into first half stoppage-time from the penalty spot.

With time running out, Enzo Benn struck with the last kick of the game to hand Oak all three points.

Jake Holmes netted twice, while Dan Attwater also struck to help ten man division-higher Premier Division outfit Broadbridge Heath progress.

Heath went ahead from the penalty spot after Enzo Benn felled a forward and Homes slammed home the penalty.

Holmes then made it two right onhalf-time when he was quickest to react.

With an hour on the clock, Oak keeper Aaron Stenning hauled down a Heath frontman with another penalty given and Attwater made no mistake.

Oak then had a spot-kick of their own 20 minutes from the end following handball, which Joseph Benn scored.

The home side were reduced to ten men five minutes from time but they held on to record a 3-1 victory.

Reflecting on the two games, Shoulders said: “Saturday was not out best performance but we managed to come away with all three points.

“I changed things up at Broadbridge Heath but I felt we performed well. After going three goals down, we did not let our heads drop and pulled a goal back.”
