Elite player in Brazil for Faldo final

SUSSEX Under-18 Elite Golf Squad member Alasdair Dalgliesh flew to Brazil on Friday to take part in the Nick Faldo Series Grand Final.

The 17-year-old, who lives in Lindfield, is a member of Haywards Heath Golf Club and is one of 80 top young prospects from Great Britain who qualified for the prestigious final.

Alasdair won the Under-18 class in the Saunton event of the series and is a member of the Sussex Colts team.
