Bognor told to keep up winning habit

THE ROCKS are being challenged to follow their first away victory of the season with their first win on the road in the league when they go to St Albans on Saturday.

And if they do get the three points, boss Mick Jenkins says it can be the platform for a climb into mid-table.

St Albans are 12th, with four wins from their first 11, and Jenkins says if the Rocks perform as they can between now and the start of November, they can be up there with them.

"We've got Bromley at home, then we go to Thurrock and entertain Braintree.

"Without meaning any disrespect to any of those sides, they are all games we should be looking to get something from."

Last time the Rocks met St Albans, a late winner by Seb Wallis-Tayler at Nyewood Lane gave them the win that set them on their way to avoiding relegation at the end of last season.
