Youth quizzed as Bognor hit and run girl leaves hospital

The young girl injured in a cycling hit and run in Bognor Regis has been discharged from hospital.

Four-year-old Abigail Murray was discharged from hospital this morning (Friday, June 20) and is continuing to recover well.

She suffered a fractured skull following a collision outside the pet shop in Aldwick Road when a young teenage boy riding a BMX bicycle on the pavement collided with her on June 17.

A 15-year-old boy from the Bognor area voluntarily visited Bognor police station yesterday (Thursday) and has assisted police with their enquiries.
