UPDATE: Body found in Shoreham believed to be 90-year-old woman
Police believe a body discovered on the beach on Thursday is that of a 90-year-old woman from Shoreham.
Officers were called to reports of a body on the beach in Shoreham at 7.55am on Thursday (February 15), police said.
The body of a woman was recovered by the lifeboat at around 8.30am and the coroner was been informed, confirmed police.
Police said today: “The woman whose body was found on Shoreham beach on Thursday is believed to be a 90-year-old from Shoreham.”
