Town looks to the future
The first steps towards redeveloping the Grafton site in Worthing were made last week.
Worthing Borough Council leader Keith Mercer met developers City and Provincial, who will develop the site as part of the town's regeneration programme.
The proposal is for a landmark residential development fronted by retail units and including a new multi-storey car park.
