'This currently operates the concession on a franchise basis under the Don Millers brand.
'The Co-operative has issued notice to In Bake that it intends to replace this franchise with its own Co-operative Bakery from October this year.
'The Co-operative is working closely with In Bake and will make every effort to minimise job losses of the bakery staff.'
