School says goodbye to Melissa
PUPILS and staff at White Styles Middle School, Sompting, have said goodbye to a Canadian exchange teacher.
Melissa Zucchet spent the last school year teaching year-five children at the school as part of a scheme organised by the League for Commonwealth Teachers.
She will now return to her home city of Toronto, in south-east Canada, after exchanging schools and accommodation with Stephen Chadwin, who will return to White Styles in September.
Mary Tomsett, year-five team leader, said: "Melissa fitted in so well into the life of the school and enjoyed her teaching experience with us."
