Sandhurst

Football Training: Sandhurst Football Club has only one team this season and are in Division 5 of the East Sussex Football League. Last season the Club could not seem to win a lot as the players are told to go shopping with the wife! Football training is at the Recreation Ground every Tuesday at 7 pm and all players are welcome including any new players wishing to join a friendly club.

Church Services: The services at the Baptist Church on 2nd August are Morning Worship/Communion at 10.30 am and an Evening meeting at 7 pm. On the 6th August a coffee morning takes place at 10.45am in the church hall. The Special Offering on the 2nd August will go to Sportsreach.

Book Group: For the month of August the Book Group will have a rest from reading but will meet again on 1st September, the book to discuss, Sons and Lovers by DH Lawrence.
