Since launching in 2010, the rolls-royce Ghost has been a particular success for the firm, offering a more compact variant to its flagship Phantom. another key factor in its expansion has been in offering bespoke models for its customers.

The firm has established strong links with Northbrook College in Worthing for its engineering studies, which the company hopes will continue to be a valuable link with its ongoing recruitment scheme.

“We’ve invested in ourstaff as part of the £10m upgrade to facilities here and the Worthing and

Portsmouth areas are key for our recruitment. We’ve a great portfolio of products with the Ghost and Phantom ranges, with the bespoke element of the business being something that has been particularly important.
