Road works will close part of A27

The closures are needed to allow improvements to take place. On Saturday, January 21 overnight work will resurface just over half a mile of the road between the Causeway Roundabout and Crossbush interchange.

It is due to be completed by February after being carried out from 8pm-6am each night.

The first week will see both carriageways of the road shut. Drivers will be sent on a diversion through Bognor Regis.

From January 28 until February 14, there will be lane closures, temporary traffic lights and a 40mph speed limit with users escorted past the works at 10mph.
