Resolve to be a lifesaver by giving blood

PEOPLE are being urged to resolve to be a lifesaver in 2014, by pledging to become a regular blood donor.

NHS Blood and Transplant has a session at Steyning on Monday, January 20. Appointments can be made from 2pm to 4.30pm, and 5.30pm to 8pm, at the Steyning Centre, Fletchers Croft.

The next sessions in Shoreham and Southwick will be in February.

Give blood at Southwick Community Centre, Southwick Street, Southwick, on Wednesday, February 19, 2pm to 4.30pm, and 5.30pm to 8pm.

In Shoreham, appointments are available for the Shoreham Centre, Pond Road, Shoreham, on Monday, February 10, 2pm to 4.30pm, and 5.30pm to 8pm.
