Pink ribbon around Quakersmill
Quakersmill is supporting breast cancer awareness month by wearing a huge pink ribbon with pride.
The hairdressing salon in Bexhill Old Town has been wrapped with a pink bow ribbon with a loop - the symbol for the annual campaign by Cancer Research UK.
Owner Adrian Lusted says that during October there will be special offers on all treatments and customers are given the choice of passing on the money they save to breast cancer awareness funds.
A photograph of the white building with its pink ribbon has been posted on the charity's website, and is also on show at GHD's website, and Facebook.
