Video and photos show beautiful snowdrops at Wakehurst: Kew’s botanic garden offers fabulous display near West Sussex village

A Mid Sussex Times photographer has taken video footage and photos of snowdrops at Wakehurst.

Steve Robards said the beautiful display can be seen as visitors enter Kew’s botanic garden in Ardingly near Haywards Heath.

Kew offers a description of the plant Galanthus nivalis on its website.

It said: “Common snowdrops are among the first spring blooms that decorate woodland floors, meadows, and gardens with a carpet of white. Look out for their delicate, nodding flowers between January and March.”
