Christmas at Westergate House was enjoyed by residents and staff alike.

There were gifts galore, festive drinks and a traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings on Christmas Day.

Maddie, deputy manager, and Kay,activities coordinator, both dressed up as Mrs Santa and gave out the gifts on Christmas morning.

Festive drinks were poured and the merriment created a warm and social atmosphere for all.

Residents enjoyed smoked salmon and prawns to start, followed by traditional turkey with trimmings and a festive pudding to follow.

After lunch, the Queen’s Speech was listened to over a glass of fizz.

There was a Christmas film, A White Christmas, and the residents enjoyed each other’s company, reminiscing together.
