Dave Lee has raised £400 for St Wilfrid’s Hospice by selling his photos in the form of a calendar.

Dave started photography as a hobby about six years ago. He specialises in local landscapes in and around Eastbourne.

He said, “It just seemed to grow very unexpectedly, people seemed to really enjoy what I did - now people have had canvases, prints and coasters of my pictures.”

From this popularity, Dave decided to start producing calendars to raise money. In previous years he has supported Macmillan Cancer and Eastbourne DGH. Dave said, “This year was my fourth year of doing it as I had missed the last two years after unfortunately losing my sister and then my dad to illness.

“A lot of people had asked me to do it again and so this year I did it in their memories - hence the picture on the front of them both.

“This year the calendars have raised £400 for St Wilfrid’s which is great. They’ve really gone down well again and I already have advanced orders for next year so I best get snapping.”
