“Therefore, I am making it my mission to ensure no food goes to waste.

“If you have any spare produce, from a cucumber to a runner bean and need to find a good home please let us know.

“The food bank can arrange to come and collect any items, no matter how large or small from anywhere in Bexhill and the surrounding area and every donation will go to local families in need.

“Please just email me at [email protected] have a look at my Facebook page, Mayor Lynn Langlands of Bexhill or send me a PM and we will arrange pick up. Together we can make Bexhill and the surrounding villages a place people come to know as the place where community spirit and sharing is at its best.”
