Letter: Fracking concerns are well founded

In part response to J.Clemens of Hurstpierpoint, independent stats appear to show that her concerns are well founded.

Water usage in the fracking process is massive and thereby making this a disaster for the area if it went ahead.

This very point was made by a southern conservative MP last week, producing an article on the front page of the Daily Telegraph withthe Headline, “Fracking could be a disaster, warn Tories”.

And to those who are proclaiming sites on the coast are without problems, then one point they should note is that they use seawater.

And whilst I respect the right of all to put their opinions, the letter from the unnamed Balcombe 60, shows massive disrespect to the residents closest to the drill site, who are currently enduring the noise of exploration.
