Highly sceptical
DISBELIEF and scepticism are very much to the forefront when you read that a 100-bed hotel is included in the plans for the North Littlehampton development.
After all, it has only taken seven years to let a restaurant in the East Bank regeneration scheme – how long for a hotel, or are we expecting a sudden upsurge in tourism?
Perhaps if not, it could be turned into flats.
