Deputy adds to the commissioner cost
I see that Katy Bourne, the new Police Commissioner for Sussex, has decided to employ a deputy at £45,000 a year thus changing the cost from £85,000 to £130,000 of taxpayers’ money.
Why didn’t she think about this before applying for the position?
How many more of these commissioners are doing the same thing across the country?
Also, I hope that this is not another case of jobs for the boys.
