Culture could counter crime

It is exactly these kinds of venuesthat communities desperately need.

Why spend millions on dealing with crime, when so many of these problems would be reduced by an increased exposure to culture?

The rest of Europe has figured this out, so why can't we?

The Ropetackle Arts Centre should be right up there as a funding priority.
