Awful tarmac patch in new Eastbourne town centre

I cannot believe that the town centre had millions of pounds spent on it .

Mark Lane in the town centre was dug up for essential work to be carried out and rather than replace with the lovely bricks that were laid down during the town centre refurbishment they have put an awful black tarmac down.

I think it should have been done in exactly the same way.

With tarmac it will in time, if other areas need essential maintenance, be like a chess board with black patches .

Come on Eastbourne council make it right there is no excuse.
