For that reason, "no" is the most common answer to any imaginative proposal by Worthing residents, because saying "yes" is far too risky.

And that is why no one will admit that the recent white-lining at Brooklands Park is such a disaster.

It will never be corrected because someone will have to admit to the mistake and involve the council paying for the lines to be burnt off, having wasted our money putting them there in the first place.
