New nursery is planned for Littlehampton

An application has been submitted to Arun District Council that could see land occupied by a set of garages, near Elm Grove Road, converted into a single-storey nursery, with parking facilities.

Arundel:

Added porch and conservatory, as well as a first-floor extension over the garage to provide a bedroom and bathroom, 11 Dalloway Road.

East Preston:

Loft conversion and internal alteration to replace existing hipped end roof to west elevation with a gable end following approval of previously submitted application EP/99/10, 14 Normandy Lane.

Littlehampton:

Change of use from commercial premises into two residential flats, 1 and 2 Norfolk House, Wick Street.

Application for a care home to become a dwelling, 68 Arundel Road.

Erection of wooden vertical ship-lap with gravel board fence 1.8m high, enclosing a grassed area, one 4ft-wide gate at the north end opening, to be positioned 2m from the pavement’s edge at the north end, tapering back to 1m at the southern end, 21 Neptune Way.

Rustington:

Renewal of unimplemented application R/117/09 for first-floor extension providing bedroom en-suite over existing garage, cloakroom and hallway, 8 Hudson Drive.
