New Express reporter wants to hear from you

Steve Holloway joined the newspaper this week.

He takes over from John Eccles who has retired after more than 30 years.

Express editor Paul Watson said: 'We welcome Steve and say farewell to John who has given excellent service to the Express and the town. We will miss him.'

Steve said: 'I'm very excited about taking over the Lewes patch, I know there's a huge amount happening in the town and nearby villages and I'm as keen as mustard to get stuck in.

'In the next few weeks I'm going to try to introduce myself to as many Lewesians as possible and I'd encourage anyone to pick up the phone or drop me an email at the Express.'
