Netherfield Church – Our church was decorated beautifully for the marriage of John Chater and Jane Fovargue last Saturday. The service was conducted by Father Christopher Channer and everything went smoothly for the couple who have found such happiness together in their later years. Our congratulations and best wishes go to them for the future.

The service this Sunday is our Harvest Festival at the later time of 11 am, this is a rather special service and we would welcome anyone who wishes to join us. The service will be followed by a Harvest Lunch in the church. The donations of produce given in the service will be added to those received at Netherfield School’s Harvest Festival service and given to Knowles Tooth, a local charity. The school service is at 10am on October 10.
