Meeting focuses on resolutions

The May meeting of Rose Green WI was opened by president Ann Kiddle who welcomed members and WI adviser Melanie Careless to the annual resolutions meeting.

The minutes were read by secretary, Trudi Kearsley, who also read out thank-you cards received from the invited guests to the 44th birthday celebrations.

An interesting and lively discussion took place on this year's resolution led by Ruby Wilkinson and Melanie Careless.

This year's local delegate to the National Federation AGM is Anne Wolforth.

Members were reminded that the Craft Guild would meet at Mollie Cann's home on May 23.

The favourite pet photo competition was won by Pat Smith.
