Man questioned by police after Wick shop window is smashed

POLICE have arrested a 48-year-old man from the Littlehampton area on suspicion of causing criminal damage, after a charity shop window at Wick was smashed.

Now officers investigating the incident, at Wick Parade, on Tuesday, January 20, are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

The Sue Ryder shop window was smashed shortly after 5.30pm, causing damage estimated at almost £400.

The suspect was released on police bail until March 1, while inquiries continue.
