Hotel sold
Shelleys, one of Lewes' best loved hotels has been sold.An hotel spokesman would not reveal the identity of the new owner.
The 17th-century manor house was originally occupied by a victualer and brewer until its 1663 conversion to a Manor House by the family of poet Percy Bysshe Shelley.
