Herald visit for Romanian students

A group of Romanian students visited the Worthing Herald offices today (Monday) as part of a three week training trip.

The students, who come from the town of Ramnicu in Valcea, are completing a programme of marketing seminars and workshops at St George's Clubclass School of English in Chapel Road, Worthing.

The group is believed to be the first from Romania to be sent to England under the project, which is funded by the European Union.

During the trip, the group has to complete projects concerning various aspects of marketing using research based on local businesses.

The visit to the Herald offices came after the students met Worthing mayor Tom Wye.
