A range of health walks, led by volunteers, are available across the Horsham district

There is always a walk on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as regular walks through the week.

Jill Shuker, health walk co-ordinator said: “Most people can walk and these walks have been designed especially with everyone in mind - walking is easy, and the feeling that you get from the fresh air is just exhilarating.

“The walks are short and not too fast, and you can walk at your own pace, enjoying the peace and tranquility that our lovely countryside offers.”

The walks explore the district’s beautiful countryside and volunteer walk leaders have put together a programme of 200 guided walks.
