Grand Canyon awaits for brave Worthing fundraiser
But when she found out that she was going to be away for this year’s event, she decided to set her own challenge, despite being scared of heights and not liking camping.

“It’s such an experience that we are sharing together.”
The Grand Canyon trek includes a 3,100ft descent into the canyon and will see the team camping along the way.
To help raise funds for the trip, on Saturday Sophie and her friends had a stand at Steyne Gardens as part of the children’s parade selling cakes and raised £150.
