Ferrari driver charged with drink driving in Lavant

A FERRARI driver will appear before magistrates charged with drink driving after a crash in Lavant.

Charles Smee, 29, of Downs Road, West Stoke has been charged with drink driving while at the wheel of a Ferrari 458 Spider.

The car crashed into a garden in Lavant just before 9pm on May 12.

It damaged a brick wall but no one was hurt.

He will appear at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on August 11.
