We are muck spreading on the maize ground hoping to get the sub soiling and ploughing done by the end of the month.

We had our TB test last week. What a nightmare that is! Thank goodness we passed and we don't have to do it again for another four years. I cannot imagine what it must be like for the poor souls who test every six wseeks in hotspot areas. This test cost me 500 litres of lost milk production, due to the cows not appreciating the change of routine, and our friendly vet jabbing them in the neck.
