Stolen Angmering car involved in Findon hit and run

A CAR stolen during a burglary in Angmering was later involved in a hit and run collision in Findon, police have said.

Police were called to Lloyd Goring Close, in Angmering, at 9am on Thursday (October 6) following reports that a blue Ford Fiesta had been stolen.

The Fiesta was later found abandoned in Downview Road, Findon.

However, it transpired that the car had already collided with a stationary vehicle in School Hill, at 7.34am.

A bicycle and a handbag stolen during the burglary were also recovered near to the Angmering home.
