Emma Pitcher, 44, of Aspen Close, Haywards Heath, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding in London Road, East Grinstead.
Paul Martin, 30, of America Lane, Haywards Heath, was banned from driving for 17 months, and given a community order with 40 hours of unpaid work, an £85 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath alcohol specimen.

Alasdair Gemmell, 44, of Parkfield Way, Haywards Heath, was fined £100, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Pyecombe.
Graham Meheux, 69, of Chapel Road, Plumpton Green, was fined £200, with £100 compensation, a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and four penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Church Road, Burgess Hill.
Joseph Smith, 20, of Glebe Road, Cuckfield, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £450 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been found guilty of driving without a licence, and driving without insurance, in Burgess Hill.

Hide AdStephen Birks, 45, of Landport Road, Lewes, was given a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work, £150 compensation, a £60 victim services surcharge, and £650 costs. He had been found guilty of common assault in Keymer Road, Burgess Hill.
Peter Ormston, 43, of West Park Crescent, Burgess Hill, was fined £150, with a £60 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to theft of a bicycle in Burgess Hill, and to failing to answer bail.
Clark Boulton, 36, of Burchetts Close, Haywards Heath, was fined £120, with a £20 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to burglary with intent to steal at the Bridge Bar, East Grinstead.
James Fraser, 68, of East Street, Chatham, was fined £146, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of speeding in London Road, East Grinstead.
