John Dutton, of Toomey Road, Steyning, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, and £110 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of being the registered keeper of an uninsured vehicle.

Aidan Gettings, of Post View, Pulborough, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, and £110 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of being the registered keeper of an uninsured car.

Jonathan Hurley, 33, of Kilnbarn Way, Haywards Heath, was fined £200, with £38.34 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on the A272 at Buck Barn.

Kellie Keating, 43, of Kennedy Road, Horsham, was fined £200, with £30 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. She had been convicted in her absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle in Crawley.

Ashley Carter, of Merryfield Way, Storrington, was fined £200, with £202.09 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. They had pleaded guilty to using an unlicensed vehicle.

Altin Disha, 40, of Oak Road, Dudley, was fined £270, with £58.34 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had pleaded guilty to keeping an unlicensed vehicle in Horsham.

Nick Lloyd, of Sandy Lane North, Wallington, was fined £200, with £71.25 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle in Horsham.

Shay Moulden, 33, of Buttercup Way, Southwater, was fined £73, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault.

Craig Wheatley, 22, of Cross Gates, Amberley, was fined £133, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and ten penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath alcohol specimen.

Catherine Goodall, 52, of Manor Lane, Horsham, was fined £300, with a £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding at Storrington.

Paul Smith, 45, of Burnham Place, Horsham, was jailed for six months, with an £80 victim surcharge. He had been found guilty of common assault, and causing criminal damage to a door, in Burgess Hill. A restraining order was made, barring him from contacting three named people, or going to Burgess Hill.

Michael Richardson, 26, of Greatpin Croft, Fittleworth, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug (one joint of cannabis).

Fiona Lascelles, 51, of Ockham Lane, Ockham, was fined £400, with a £40 victim surcharge, £250 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted in her absence of speeding at Pulborough, and failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of committing an offence.

Benito Salvia, 26, of South Holmes Road, Horsham, was jailed for a week, with an £80 victim surcharge. He had been found guilty of sexual touching. He will be required to register with the police for the next five years.
