Crews called to fire in Eastbourne
Fire crews were called to a residential fire in Eastbourne last night (February 28).

According to East Sussex Fire & Rescue, crews were alerted of a fire alarm sounding at 7.40pm at a residential flat on Seaside.
Crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and one hydrant to get the fire under control, the fire service said.
The service confirmed the fire was accidental, no one was reported as injured and crews left just before 9pm.
