Council offices close during festive period

Arun District Council’s offices will close over the Christmas period, reopening on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 8.45am.

The Civic Centre in Littlehampton and Bognor Regis Town Hall will shut from 4.45pm on Friday, December 23.

An information line will be set up for calls to Arun’s main switchboard number on 01903 737500.

Information can also be found on the council’s website at www.arun.gov.uk, where residents can report faults online.

Details of the Christmas and New Year refuse and recycling collection dates are also available online but there are no changes to the collection dates.

Arun’s Building Control Service will be operating a limited inspection service for the days of December 27, 28 and 31. Any inspection requests for building works can only be made by telephoning 07733125689 between the hours of 9am and 10am on the day of the required site visit. With the exception of attending dangerous structure incidents, no other Building Control facilities will be available during the office closure period.
