The funds raised during the evening will go to Cancer Research UK.

Organisers Sylvia and Nigel Burrough said: "We would like to thank everybody for all their help and support, especially John and Barbara Ellenger, from Service Master Clean, whose efforts to get bums on seats can't be praised enough, and to all the generous people who came along to support the event and help make the evening the success it was."

The pair also thanked the many local companies who helped sponsor the raffle.
