Boat destroyed in Littlehampton arson attack

Fire crews were called to the car park area of Potters Mead, Littlehampton, at 4.36am, where the 6ft fibreglass vessel, which was on a trailer, was in flames.

It was severely damaged, as was a car parked nearby and a brick shed.

A spokesman for West Sussex Fire and Rescue confirmed the fire was started deliberately.
