Bank manager goes back to his Barnham school
James took part in a Young Apprentice session with 160 sixth formers at St Philip Howard Catholic High School.
Teams of the students, aged about 17, had to convince a panel of investors to back their ideas for a travel business.

Hide AdThe activity was part of the NatWest MoneySense for Schools initiative. James, who manages the NatWest’s branches in Arundel and Barnham, was impressed with the students’ creativity and business acumen.
NatWest MoneySense coach Karen Wilson led the event.
She said: “It’s been great to see the teamwork displayed by the members of the different ‘companies’ and to watch their self-confidence grow as the day went on.”
