The Glorious Spa Company, which opened in 2010, has moved from South Street to Drayton Leisure Waterside, the old Wyevale Garden Centre, on Bognor Road.

In an e-newsletter to customers, the business said it had to 'make some tough decisions in order to survive'.

A spokesperson said: "One of the biggest ones was to leave our South Street site. As sad as this is we have found a new and very glorious site and we hope that you will come with us!

"We will be closing our South Street site on December 31 and reopening from January 7 in our fantastic new site.

"We would like to thank you for all your love and support over the last ten years and especially over the last 12 months when it has been such a difficult time for everyone."

The business was hoping to celebrate its tenth anniversary in 2020 but 'the pandemic put a stop to that'.

"Reflecting on the last ten years has made me think about the people who have been through our doors and the staff who have worked with us to help us in our journey," the owner said.

"We have been with you through so much with you all from proms, weddings, birthdays, new babies, anniversaries to just about every celebration you can think of as well as those of you who visit us regularly.

"On behalf of all the staff past and present I really do thank you for your support and loyal custom. Our staff have grown up with us too, lots of our fabulous team have gone on to have their own businesses and families all of whom we are so very proud of."
