Billingshurst marketing firm wins workplace culture award

The awards celebrate excellence across UK businesses of all sizes and from all industries, and PMW Communications was named as a winner in the culture category.

The agency was acknowledged for the initiatives it has put in place to ensure it is a good and encouraging place to work, the firm said.

Managing director Peter Sutton said: “This year, having a positive workplace culture has been more important than any other year.

“Our company values and the initiatives we implemented certainly helped to ensure we remained successful throughout 2020 and that everyone remained focused and continued to work as a team, even when working remotely.

“We introduced these initiatives to ensure our team are happy and motivated, not to win awards, but it’s certainly nice to have been recognised by the Lotus Awards.”
