OH to view the bluebell woodsAnd the differing shades of green.From a wooded glade, the cuckoo's voiceTo enhance the springtime theme.
Stretching as far, as the eye can see
April's rain come almost with certainty.
Wafting nostalgic scent,across band and stile
Murmuring why not stop and rest awhile.
As nature unfolds its painted array,
Young lambs are born along the way...
The artistry of springtime
And the bluebells' magic of blue.
