Bexhill Art Society

The Bexhill Art Society met last Saturday afternoon.

The weather was atrocious and therefore not as many members as usual turned out. However we had quite a full room. The artist of the month was Joan Passingham who presented 6 paintings for us to view. They were excellent. The monthly competition, entitled The Visitor, was won by Pam Spicer.

The demonstrator was Maggie Cross and she was doing Chinese brush. She was very interesting and held us all spellbound. A very good demonstrator. Next month will be Graham Jaowett-Ive who will be demonstrating tall ships in oils. The competition is titled City Life, so get cracking with your entry.
